Main
Accountabilities and How These Are Achieved*<\/span><\/p>

• To
  provide a first-class moving service to all clients through accurate
  recording of information and prompt communications throughout the move
  process<\/span><\/li>
• Ensure
  completed contracts, payments and account checks are received\/completed
  prior to the move and recorded on Moveware<\/span><\/li>
• Liaise
  and book third party services where required and ensure Moveware system is
  updated and customers charged<\/span><\/li>
• Ensure
  all information, dates and details of shipments are accurately recorded
  onto the Moveware<\/span><\/li>
• Prepare
  all necessary export and import documentation accurately<\/span><\/li>
• Arrange
  parking suspension<\/span><\/li>
• Book
  and manage storage bookings for inspections, extractions and handout of
  store. Foster good working relationships with the storage team<\/span><\/li>
• HRR19<\/span><\/li>
• Provide
  the Operations department with vehicle\/labour\/date requirements for all
  clients. Provide the Operations department in advance with detailed job
  sheets including all required documents and\/or information (inventories,
  labels for all moving, storage, extraction, inspection, receiving & collection
  activity)<\/span><\/li>
• Charge
  for additional services identified during the move co-ordination process<\/span><\/li>
• Raise
  invoices as required\/Reconcile invoiced services against individual moves<\/span><\/li>
• In
  downtime, assist the sales team with new business<\/span><\/li>
• Communicate
  details of clients of interest to Client Services Manager & Sales Team<\/span><\/li>
• Create
  and manage efficient and supportive working relationships with the sales,
  estimators, move co-ordinator , storage, operational and accounts teams<\/span><\/li>
• Share
  experience, knowledge and train co-workers if\/ where required<\/span><\/li>
• Work
  in line with KPI\u2019s<\/span><\/li>
• Maintain
  business relationships with our international FIDI companies<\/span><\/li>
• Comply
  fully and adhere to the Company Credit Control Policy \/ HR Policies and
  Procedures and H&S Policy and Procedures and all other policies and
  procedures in place<\/span><\/li>
• Update
  Audit folder according to FIDI-Faim, Harmony, BAR, ISO, KPI requirements
  willing to train in your non-home team to gain necessary knowledge).<\/span><\/li>
• Act
