Our client is looking for an experienced M&E (mechanical and electrical) Asset Manager to join a government contract.

As the M&E Asset Manager you will be responsible for carrying out surveys on all mechanical and electrical plant to register its the condition, to then upload to the CAFM system.

From there, one can then create tailored planned maintenance schedules and lifecycle management.

Salary – £50,000
